Frequently asked questions

How long does a valuation take?

Once we have your address, we call you to set a day for an on-site visit. After the visit, we deliver your Comparative Market Analysis within 48 hours.

What is the service fee?

2% of the sale price plus VAT. The valuation is free and does not bind you.

What is a listing agreement?

It is the written agreement we sign with you before we market your property. Turkey's Regulation on Real Estate Trade requires a written contract for real estate brokerage services. The agreement states the term, the asking price and the service fee.

How long does a sale usually take?

Our recent sales took about 45 days on average. The time depends on price, area and the property's condition.

Which documents are needed to sell?

The basic documents are your ID, the title deed details, a current compulsory earthquake insurance (DASK) policy and the property tax value letter from the municipality. The land registry office may ask for more; we check what is needed with you at the start.
